I purchased this cute set of tools for my daughter for Christmas, who is a natural born Miss fix it. Like her mother, who is always tinkering, repairing or modifying things around the house, she needed her own set of tools. I bought these pink ones to make sure her fiancee wouldn't want to use them. When the set arrived, I noticed what looked to be a half dollar sized oil stain on the light pink area of the tool bag.which by the way, is very well made and roomy. I immediately contacted the company via email and explained the situation. I attached a photo of the stain on the bag. I inquired about replacing just the tool bag but they wanted to send me a new, complete set! They didn't even want me to send the original set back to them.so now I also have some girly tools my husband won't touch! They must have shipped the new set out as soon as our communication ended because the package arrived very quickly. I can't praise the customer service enough.they were very apologetic and totally understanding. They far exceeded my expectations. Just incredible!The tools themselves seem to be very well made and perfectly sized for a woman's hands. They have a nice feeling, rubber like grip and the weight is actually quite good.they don't feel like that light weight, cheap metal. Not only are these tools cute as a bugs ear, they are also very practical.most everything you need for in home fix it jobs. As I mentioned earlier, the tool bag is very nicely made. It feels quite sturdy and also has pockets inside to help organize your tools, so you can get to what you need without having to spend a lot of time digging. I know with 100% certainty, my daughter will be thrilled with her tools. I'm giving a 5 star review for the tool set because they are that nice. I only wish I could give the seller a higher rating than 5 stars.they were absolutely amazing!I highly recommend!
