Expensive but mostly works.

When I first received this I ran into issues where my headset froze immediately after picking it up. Both myself and Plantronics support thought it was a bad cable, but after uninstalling their "hub" software, I no longer had the problem. The cable now works as expected, with limitations e.g. For example, I can't always answer my softphone through the headset. It also doesn't always let me control the volume through the headset. But it mostly works. It's a little pricey for what it is, but I wanted it for the wireless convenience it gave me.

Compatibility: The APU-76 electronic switch is designed for use with the Plantronics headset system. For Plantronics CS500 Series, Savi 7200 Office Series, Savi 8200 Office Series, Voyager Office Series wireless headset systems.

A newer model could have been chosen
