I wanted to use this in my new PC build to monitor the system temperature but can't get a signal. I contacted UCTRONICS tech support and after two weeks of emailing back and forth suggesting that I try unplugging it and plugging it back in or asking one question at a time, they finally agreed that the sales team should contact me for a replacement. That was a few days ago and I didn't get an answer.
