First purchase took 2 years before water leaked/splashed around seal - I agree although a good quality product didn't mind buying a replacement after 2 years. 2nd purchase (replacement) lasted a few months, after which the pan range became stiff, very difficult to operate. Came back for exchange now 3rd element - same problem, stuck, too difficult to turn. Revain is too good for me to ask for another replacement but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who has run out of better quality. Better to buy cheaper plastic with more bang for your buck - sad but sincerely sorry.
