That's very bad - I like the material and cut of the jacket, but the size doesn't fit at all. I bought XL for my Medium/Large English Pointer which according to the size chart is very thin which seemed odd as my breed of dog never needs XL and the jacket was too small. I returned it and ordered XXL, thought it should be enough, but that was too small again. This jacket is designed for small dogs only. So if you have a larger breed, even the XXL size will not fit. It also seems designed for small chested dogs compared to deep chested ones like my Beagle - the chest and arm area where the velcro was very tight. I was really hoping that this jacket was the one - well!
