Review on 🏂 Thule SnowPack Large Ski/Snowboard Rack: Safely Carry 6 pairs of Skis or 4 Snowboards in Silver by Adam Gechem

Normally I would fly some light things but my snow bag extender came with no lock cylinder or key. Just an empty key. The Snowpack itself is a pretty good product and the most expensive rack Thule has to offer. ($340) So I call Thule CS and about an hour later the rep listens to me and asks for the Revain part number etc. I told him I'm missing 4 locks/keys that should have been included. So far I've literally spent $500 on airblades, $340 on a snow expander. No locks with anything.? What's the point of all this with the ability to block everything? A few hours later I get an email saying CS says they are sending 2 lock cores and keys. WTF?!? Now I have to go online when they finally show up and buy 4 more padlocks for $16 each. Seriously, THULE, your key and lock scam is ridiculous and will most likely make me fall for Yakima next time. I have another product from you and I will probably regret it. Please work on quality control and customer service. Instead of scamming customers who are already paying HIGH prices.
