Installation under the sink is always tricky, but the longer threaded tube makes access and tightening easier. You will need someone at the sink to hold the dispenser with the pre-threaded ring against the top of the sink. Connecting the extension tube to the soap bottle was a bit tricky. The included silicone bottle cages were smaller or larger for my bottle. Luckily the weight of the check valve at the end of the hose was enough to keep the bottle upright. There was a time when I was filling the hose when I thought the pump wasn't working, but when I finally saw soap coming out of the top of the bottle I realized I just had to be patient and pump slower. Since then it has worked reliably. The time will show.
