I like that its easy to use, it has made my life easier by creating automated emails for our clients. It is also very cost effective. The customer support team can be helpful at times but there isn't always someone available - which makes sense because they are small startup. However if you do get help they usually have great suggestions as well! We used this software when we were first starting out so it was more of an admin tool than anything else. But now we have moved into using Airtable (a much better tool) and having a simple interface in place.
