My old 2012 (size not year) RO filter was clogged. Nobody could unscrew it to change the filter. What else can be done? Okay, buy a new housing, just put in a new filter and reconnect the lines. I'm flushing the system now. I'm seriously considering getting a new setup and adding this reverse osmosis filter as a final stage now that I have a working case that's unlocked. I think I'll go with 3 screw/unscrew stages and add this reverse osmosis filter and housing at the end of that line. This should solve any problems with water under the sink. But back to that reverse osmosis filter housing: it's a standard size and compatible with most systems. I don't have any leaks and I don't over tighten as I'm barely able to complete a draw period. I just checked while it's flushing and the TDS shows 28 and continues to go down. Thank you for offering this case and key to fix my current rig or keep as an addition to a future rig. The price was very reasonable and definitely worth it. I chose this particular item because I definitely needed a wrench. I wasn't sure I needed a suitcase but the price was only a few dollars more with it. Turns out I needed both.
