Received the product promptly in time for a vacation trip.The charger does not work to charge the battery unless you put several layers of paper under the battery and rubber band the battery into the cradle to hold it while it charges.Have run into an issue trying to return the order because of the following.Put the two batteries in the charger before we left and they were already charged. So I thought.I placed the batteries and charger in our checked bag so we wouldn't have issues going through security.When we arrived I discovered the batteries missing.Didn't worry because I though that I could just charge the original battery in the camera but found out during the trip that it does not work properly as described above.Now I have a charger that doesn't work and can't return it because I have to return the entire purchase and don't have the batteries lost by the airline.Placing a claim but don't expect anything from United.Would like to at least get a replacement for the charger that doesn't function.
