As other reviewers have noted, it's easy to install. Note that the inner door panel must be removed to access all the screws. Aside from the paintwork on the rear, everything else was done straight. However, the electrical windage adjustment failed after 6 weeks. Up and down still works. Second, while the passenger OEM mirror is rock solid, the glass (not the mirror housing) vibrates. I can't find an email address for a Fit Systems seller to get a replacement so I'll keep looking through the Revain warranties.
