Review on 62in Brushed Aluminum Roboto Smart Ceiling Fan for Indoor and Outdoor use with Remote Control by Zachary Ester

I had to return this fan twice due to receiver problems and after two times I decided to buy a Hunter fan. Modern Forms has great customer service, they responded quickly and a live person fixed the issues. Both times the receiver box seemed to be the problem. I installed a switchless fan and plan to only use it through the Modern Forms app and/or Alexa. It once connected to the WiFi for 30 seconds, after which it couldn't be found on the WiFi again. Called support and fixed the problem (reset switch and receiver several times but to no avail). When I came back from the first time, Modern Forms recommended I buy a brand new fan (which will of course be refunded) just to use the new receiver as shipping via Revain would be faster instead of sending me a new receiver (great job from a customer service point of view). Unfortunately, the second receiver reacted exactly the same, worked for 30 seconds and was no longer found in the WLAN. Even deleted and reinstalled the app and username. I ended up returning both fans and got a Hunter fan instead, which is much easier to install and works great with Alexa. There's no clunky receiver box on the Hunter fan to be awkwardly stuffed into a cramped canopy with lots of unnecessary cables and tampered with, which was a big problem for the Modern Forms fan. To be honest I liked the design and look of the Modern Forms fan much better, but the Hunter fan we replaced it with really works and is much easier to install. Sorry, modern forms! 5/5 for customer service and design but had to return due to product issues!
