Great tool if used correctly: Foundation Source Back-Office
The ability to create custom reports. It's easy to navigate through the site, which makes it easier to find what you're looking for. I wish there was more customization options in the reports. Some things are not customizable. For example, I would like to be able to customize the report so that certain fields don't show up in the final report. Also, some of the reports have different layouts depending on the type of foundation. This can make it confusing when trying to figure out how to customize the report. I use this to keep track of my donations and grantees. It helps me stay organized and know where all of our money goes.

We utilize their system at every single organization we work with because they allow us an extremely smooth transition from one fundraiser or campaign into another without much confusion among staff members who aren’t familiarized fully yet; also allows them access anytime if needed during any point throughout day/night as long as computer & internet connection remain active (as well as
