Review on 🦄 Centaur PP Black 1.75mm by FormFutura by Jonathan Fernandez

My wife bought a very large bowl that didn't fit in our existing dishwasher dish holder, so I saw an opportunity to develop a solution on a 3D printer. I first tried annealed PETG which worked well but still warped a bit during the drying cycle. I didn't want to use ABS because it's not food safe. So after some research I found this stuff. It's expensive but looked like what I needed. So far it has held up very well. Does not warp even during the drying cycle (approx. 180 °F) in the dishwasher. The only downside is that it's flexible - not as flexible as TPU, but not as rigid as PLA either. Probably somewhere between those two. It was rigid enough to create a picture holder that opens like a door and is fully functional. So I'm very happy with this stuff. I wish it was cheaper and I would probably use it a lot more. Printing was easy too. Used primarily with standard PETG settings on my Ender 3 with full metal hot end - 240°C nozzle, 80-90°C bed. Reduced the speed to 20mm/s and increased the flow for the first print (about what I would use for a TPU due to the lack of direct drive). I had to use the edge to glue a problematic corner to the bed, which was probably the only area that needed a bit of work.
