O bought both this (larger) and smaller Impact QuikBalance 12" Gray Folding Panel. Externally they are identical (except for size). Perhaps the same company makes We've made the same foldable gray cards for different vendors under different names and different sizes. Both aren't that intuitive, but you'll get the hang of it after a while. There are instructions on how to fold. It doesn't fold perfectly, but it fulfills its purpose and fits into a carrying case.
