TrustWave Managed Security Information Event Manager
The best feature of trustwave managed SIEM is the ability to create an incident response team. This allows us to better track responses to incidents and resolve issues faster. There are some features that I dislike about trustwave managed SIEM. It doesn't have the best reporting. Reporting is very limited and if you use excel it's not integrated well. You cannot export to other databases like redgate. We use trustwave managed SIEM at my work for incident response and logging of security events. It has helped us to solve many issues in a short amount of time.

- Easy Integration with RedGate
- Integrated Incident Management System (IMS)
- Flexibility around configuration options so we can customize what needs tracked where necessary.
- Ability To Track Malware Distribution via Email campaigns, social media posts as attachments or links etc which makes tracking malicious threats easier than traditional methods such DNS logs/URLs & file extensions.etc
- Very user friendly Interface
