This product is beautiful and easy to work with, however my product showed up missing one roll. When I contacted them to send another one with the dye lot numbers I received the wrong dye lot almost a month later (Which I do not fault them for this due to COVID-19) it came but the gray undertone is a different color than the other two rolls. You cannot tell in pictures of this color discrepancy but you can definitely tell in person which kind of bummed me out.So long story short. I am happy with the overall productand would buy again! However, if you do jot recieve you entire product I would send my complete order back and purchase it again. It seems to be too much of a hassle for the department to be able to correct a mistake like that. Overall I am satisfied with product!
