Overall, I am satisfied with it and it does what it's supposed to do: add a convenient space for your keyboard, mouse, and other small desk necessities, and it clears space on your desk. I can pull out the keyboard tray easy enough and work on it without feeling like it'll break or bend under the weight.It's relatively easy to install. Though, I did have to make a few adjustments on screw placements after initial installation to fit it more comfortably for my workstation. The additional lower tray is a nice perk to store small desk necessities (i.e. pens/pencils, calculator, notepad, etc.). Note: you may need to install the lower tray one hole setting lower than the instruction recommend to create a wider gap between the two trays.The trays require a more manual effort to slide in and out, otherwise it won't slide as smoothly or evenly, and may occasionally get stuck.I don't love the product, but I don't hate it either. It's serviceable and I plan to keep using it. The only things stopping me from returning it for more high-quality product is the extra tray and the price for what I got.
