Reviewing and improving employee performance

I like that there is an option for anonymous reporting as well as a way to file a formal complaint with HR without having to go through a supervisor or manager first. Reporting anonymous can be tricky, but it's still worth trying if you have a good reason. The process can be slow at times. It took over two months for one report to be addressed. A lot of time was spent waiting for responses from the person being reported to. This is not a bad thing necessarily, just something to keep in mind. Our organization has been able to find some ways to improve our processes by using this tool.
