Great resource and quick response by attorneys

I like that it is easy for people who are not familiar with employment law or human resources policies/practices (like me) can use this service without hiring an attorney! It's free so you don't have much risk if something goes wrong but there could be some time lag before they respond as well since their business model depends upon paying clients using credit cards which take longer than cash payments from banks etc., However we were able help resolve our issue within 48 hours after submitting

Pros
  • Easy access, fast answers.
  • No cost involved in asking question about issues relating work place related legalities
Cons
  • Not sure how long response takes sometimes

This software actually made me believe in IT and programming

I like that they are able help you with any kind or problem related at work! They understand your needs perfectly (they don't just see them as an employee). The fact is when there's something wrong it will be corrected immediately by their team without having too much time spent for this matter because we know how important our productivity really matters so why wasting money? Nothing yet but if i were looking into some new tools which can make my life easier then TEquable would definitely…

Pros
  • I really like them
Cons
  • I won't be able understand whether they are good or not by just giving negative feedbacks

Helps in keeping record against various issues

The only thing that I like about this program is that it helps you keep track of your performance with other employees. It also helps you keep track of what you have been doing wrong. It can be a little confusing at times but not much. If you are looking for something to help you keep track of your performance, then you should definitely try this software. It has helped me keep track of my progress and make sure that there aren't any problems going on around me. The most helpful part is that…

Pros
  • Super user friendly
  • Very simple layout; nothing fancy here.
  • Accurate reports provided within short hours after we submit our complaint form (originally 3 days)
  • This was really fast considering how long investigations take in India(upwards 5 months)
Cons
  • Nothing as far i remember.
  • No particular dislike

Great resource in protecting individuals from workplace discrimination

I like that it is an unbiased third party tool for employees who are being discriminated against or harassed at work without having any recourse other than reporting directly with HR as there's no way they can do anything about this if you don't report your situation. The fact some employers use their power over hiring/firing decisions by using our system means we have had cases where companies refuse certain applicants because someone has filed complaints through us which isn’t fair…

Pros
  • It works well, easy enough interface
  • Not expensive compared my similar services in different countries.
  • Ease access from anywhere via web browser / mobile app
Cons
  • Sometimes takes time getting back responses
  • Many times requires multiple contacts within same workplace due lack diversity

Reviewing and improving employee performance

I like that there is an option for anonymous reporting as well as a way to file a formal complaint with HR without having to go through a supervisor or manager first. Reporting anonymous can be tricky, but it's still worth trying if you have a good reason. The process can be slow at times. It took over two months for one report to be addressed. A lot of time was spent waiting for responses from the person being reported to. This is not a bad thing necessarily, just something to keep in mind…
