Review on Remote Generation Silicone Controller Lanyard Accessories & Supplies by Justin Ferguson

This is a silicone case for the 4th generation Apple TV (Siri remote control). It comes with a lanyard. It was one of the things I had to buy when I got my Apple TV (4th generation). The remote itself is made from the same aluminum material as the iPhone and MacBook, giving them a slippery metal finish. I've dropped this remote countless times. However, since I placed this case on the remote, I didn't drop it once. The remote control feels very good in the hand. The included carrying strap was a bit difficult to attach to the bag. Because the hinge isn't that rigid and the body is made of rubber material, it doesn't slide well in the holes. It took me a good 5 minutes to push it through. I would recommend using some sort of thin tool to help thread. Maybe a safety pin or paperclip to grab the loop and pull it out. The material of the lace is a pleasantly woven nylon fabric. Like an elite lacing. Feels pretty solid. It also comes with a clasp to slip the strap around your wrist like the Wii remotes, which is a nice touch. I recommend this case to anyone who has this type of remote control for Apple TV. In my opinion, this is as necessary as a cover for a mobile phone.
