This massage gun is compact, but it is powerful. There are 5 speed settings on it and I mostly stay at or below the 3rd level. It feels great on my lower back after a day on my feet. After a workout, if you are very sore, be sure to choose the right attachment. The ball or the round, flat attachment worked well for me to relax my muscles. Some of those other attachments are for deeper issues.The carrying case it comes with is very nice, small and organized. Be careful with the button; if you press it too hard it may get stuck (but I was able to get it unstuck).This is a great massage gun!
