I used these to replace worn stock springs on a 2002 Lexus ES300. They are not listed for this car, but are for the same vintage Avalon and Camry V6 that share the same C-pillar. The spring travel is a bit stiffer than the original, but they are a) much cheaper and b) probably more reliable and probably last longer than the over-soft original spring which fails prematurely compared to most cars. I can recommend them as a direct replacement that retains standard ground clearance and is excellent value for money. UPDATE 11/2020: These springs have been in use since 9/2014. The car has done 100,000 miles since then and the springs still work well, no sag and work well with the KYB Excel shocks. They provide a smooth yet controlled ride and I think they will even outperform the original Lexus springs. I take my hat off to Moog.
