Look, I've been burning DVDs for a long time. If I remember correctly, it's about 12 years. I just bought my first Blu Ray burner. I have a LG WH16NS40 Super Multi Blue Internal SATA 16x Blu-ray disc burning device. I paid a whopping $62 and some loose change. Came with nothing. No cables, screws, instructions, nothing. This is a brand new OEM drive. I've always bought DVD drives the same way. Most people have a hole in their system that they plug them into anyway, you don't have to pay for these pieces of hardware and you can always find your manual online. But I digress. I have recorded over 10,000 DVDs and have always had a good home made computer. I know what the hell I'm doing. I was very pleased that I burned all 10 with no problems. My computer is my last Core I7 before moving to Core I9 and building it soon. It helps to have something that can handle discs for burning, encoding and re-encoding copy-protected BDs. I've never used high end discs because I just don't need them. I have 32 gigabytes of RAM and that's enough. Bottom line, I think these discs are great. I have ordered 3 more boxes of 10 cakes and look forward to receiving them. The printing surface is very smooth. Almost like glass, and your pictures will love that fact. I have no intention of buying expensive discs like Verbatim. Trust me they work great and won't break your budget.
