A very good sink for the price. The hole in which it is mounted must be of the appropriate size.

I bought and installed a KMT33 sink. it's like a top-level sink. Very well made and of high quality. As soon as you open the shipping carton you know the manufacturer has ensured the product is of a high standard just because you see how carefully they packed it. You need to be sure that it will be delivered undamaged under normal transportation and even rough treatment. I am very happy with the sink and feel that I received excellent value for money. I particularly liked the coating on the underside of the sink. It has a rubberized finish that reduces the rattling that occurs when using a stainless steel sink. It dampens the rattling of pots and pans when washing up. Nice gesture! Other reviews have mentioned that the mounting/clamping bars on the underside of the sink leave only a quarter inch (1/4 inch) of free space on each side (front, back, left and right). has been an issue for others if the hole you are mounting it in is less than 32 5/8" x 21 1/2" wide you can trim the hole to fit. Careful measurement is a must. The sink hole is 1/2 inch smaller in overall width and 1/2 inch smaller in overall length, this leaves 1/4 inch space around the sink and installs firmly and securely. I was replacing an existing sink in a laminate countertop and had to slightly reduce the overall length and width of the mounting hole and ended up with a near perfect fit. The final dimensions of the mounting hole were 21 1/2 inches wide and 32 5/8 inches long. Again, this applies to the KMT33 sink, which actually measures 22" wide and 33 1/8" long. If you are installing on a granite or engineered stone countertop, carefully measure your existing hole and find the mounting hole dimensions you need for your hole before you begin. Decide whether you want to mount on the top or bottom of the counter and choose the product that suits you. In the end I was happy with the installation, but having very little room for error was a little frustrating. It would be nice if the manufacturer left another quarter inch "margin" all around for the sink.

Pros
  • DURABLE FUNCTIONALITY: Sturdy and dent-resistant 18-gauge construction protects against damage from everyday use. Left bowl length: 15 inches
Cons
  • Good, but not great
