I bought this because of the low flow in the faucet. I've tried the vinegar in the bag in case it's limescale/calcium build up, but that didn't help. I used the keys to pull out the filter and remove what appeared to be plant matter. These buttons gave me multiple options as I didn't know which one would work. Otherwise, it was quite easy to use - a comfortable grip and fairly durable plastic. Just make sure the key is properly inserted into the faucet so you don't damage the key or the faucet (I turned slowly until the key was in the slots, then gently pushed in and turned while continuing to gently push up ). Went like clockwork!
