Not Worth the Hype in my review

After trying this amino acid powder, I was thoroughly disappointed. It didn't seem to improve my athletic performance at all. The only upside was the convenient packaging. Unfortunately the overall lack of efficacy isn't worth the investment. Health and Household shoppers beware.

Convenient powder form for easy consumption and dosage control.

Cons

Potential side effects include nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea.
