I bought several of these sound chips in June and July. I installed one that worked fine and kept two in inventory. Now I've tried the other two and the computer couldn't recognize either of them. They should look like a USB device that you can copy the music file to. Reading other reviews this seems to be a common problem. I've tried multiple computers with no luck. Unfortunately the returns window is closed so I seem to be stuck with them. Has anyone solved this problem?
