I have twins and I bought this because (like all babies) they can't sleep with blankets in the crib. I love that this product can add a layer over her pajamas, improving warmth and making it feel like a nice blanket. They have slept in it every other night for the past 4 months (I'm switching to another comforter from the same company). I bought a one size when they were 4 months old hoping to get the best out of them! It was a great plan, they are 8 months old and there is no sign they will grow from it. You still have plenty of legroom. The vest has fitted well all along and I suspect it will still fit at 12 months. This particular sleeping bag is not as soft as another option I bought from the same company (navy long sleeve with stars). That's why I marked it. In addition, the colors faded quickly. It has a nice "vintage feel" now, but I was a bit sad at first.
