This is a good meter for monitoring the AC power supply in your home or office. You never know what's going on with input power. Too high or too low can cause problems. and we take it for granted. This device just plugs in and you can leave it on. I tested it with Fluke Meter, Klein Meter and Amprobe. About a volt. It's acceptable. The voltage that comes out of the socket rises and falls and never stays the same. Just a volt or two. Good to use when using a generator.
