It looked small at first but when I put it on I was able to pull it under my chin. Fits perfectly and just right. Don't hold my nose and breathe! Fits like a comfortable slipper. Very soft cotton and double layered, does not pull the ears forward as the fabric is slightly stretchy and very comfortable on the ears! He has a collapsible bridge of the nose! I ordered 2 more!
