I am disappointed in this product

Having made many carts in my time I am disappointed in this product. I had to move a 700 lb block of marble that would have fallen 300 lbs under its advertised load capacity. Well, it didn't fall apart, but the reels don't turn well. So if you want to change direction with a heavy burden, God help you! Even if he moved it in a straight line, he didn't want to move! For heavy loads, 4" casters are preferred!
