I like that it is able to be used as an all in one tool for both managing requests at different levels of detail along with being a very powerful management system within itself too! The layout can look complex so this needs some training first if you are not familiar with how things work internally here - which will take time especially when dealing with large projects but well worth once your team have been trained up properly! Also there should definitely be more project managers available who understand what they're doing because we had support queries from them where they weren't sure about something or didn't know exactly why their request was rejected etc. It's also helpful having people working remotely (UK-based) within our own organisation using VPN access into office hours via remote desktop / Team Viewer etc. This helps keep everyone happy by providing excellent customer service without needing.
