Review on 🎮 Onyehn Controller3V: Ultimate Control Switch Dimmer for Enhanced Performance by Kevin Schnitzer

They did a great job of making my 24V 3D printer's fans quieter, but the cable connections weren't very secure and the cables were easy to pull out (hence the 3 stars). I removed the terminals and soldered the wires into the through holes. At full throttle the fans were quieter, I don't know if it was due to parasitic losses slowing down the fans or the controller removing noise from the PS. I'm too lazy to multimeter or inspect, but there's no wheelbarrow, I just wanted to be quieter. I didn't notice any audible duct noise added to the fans, but I do have a hearing loss. I also used them to power the 24V LED strips I had on the printer and the on/off feature was a bonus. I don't need that much tweaking and will be replacing that controller with one of those touch buttons. I would buy them again.
