So this is a good flashlight. It's been a little over a month and hopefully lasts long as I see some reviews they don't have. 24/7 is a great feature, but for my little three-gallon cycle, "daylight" was too much and creating algae. It's a shame that you can't regulate the brightness around the clock. So I just set a 10 hour timer and lowered the light to 50%. However, I have low light plants so this works really well. My plants were pretty sad at first, but the 24/7 routine brought them almost too much life. lol. I just wanted something inexpensive because it's just a baby tank. Really good lamps are expensive, so that suits my needs. Even if it fails I hope not, I think I would get another one. Suction cups suck, but I knew this happened. That's why I used a pencil and rotate method in the picture you see. lol. It's not difficult, so it worked out great. would recommend.
