I received the product well packaged and in excellent condition. The installation guide is a little sparse, but I was able to figure out the connections. I know about plumbing, that helped. The thin tubing that comes with the product is long enough to accommodate a variety of placements. I had to drill a few holes for the pipe. It took me about an hour and a half to install due to the limited space under my sink getting in the way. The device works as advertised and the water tastes clear. Slightly better than straight from the tap. The dispenser takes a little time to fill a large glass, but I'm fine with that. I am happy with the purchase.
