I pump exclusively and have a major problem with blocked ducts. My doctor told me to apply heat and massage my boobs every time I pumped, and I was tired of heating a washcloth in the microwave that couldn't stay warm for long, so I bought this one. I also considered getting bamboo heat packs but they are way more expensive and I couldn't use them while pumping. I've only used these warm ones and they work great! I put them in my pump bra every time I pump and they help with swelling and prevent blocked ducts but help drain my breasts. The only problem I have is that the heating instructions don't actually warm them up. I did 20, 15, 20, 15 seconds and it seems to work very well.
