Unlike most here I don't really care about bandwidth as I use these patch cords to connect serial devices to a network terminal server at 9600 baud. What worries me is that the 9600 baud rate will run cleanly through the cable every time in a very high EMF environment. Even SSTP, SFTP Cat 6a didn't work. However, these cables are special and in fact offer maximum protection against electromagnetic and radio interference. A bit pricey but worth it.
