Does exactly what it says it will.
I wanted something to keep the AC in while letting my dog out on to the porch freely. This works amazingly well. The magnets are surprisingly effective and my dog learned how to go in and out in a matter of minutes. It does exactly what I wanted it to do.However.It is ugly as sin. It definitely keep a barrier between inside and out but on very hot days we still end up closing the door because too much heat was getting in. I don’t blame it, you can only ask so much from something in this price range and it never said it would insulate well.I wish my husband would let us put in a doggie door, but this is an okay alternative.
- It works great to block cold air coming from our very lightly insulated back room!
