Review on Kyocera 1102V32US0 M3645Idn Multifunctional Printing by George Woods

The device has been in a standard office environment for 3 months now. The first block arrived and something went wrong. The toner was almost impossible to remove and once removed we couldn't get it back. The toner was scattered all over the place just trying to install it. I felt like an asshole after two hours of scratching my head while unpacking the damn thing trying to figure out what I was doing wrong. Frustrated, I called Amazon the next day and they said they would pick it up and replace it within a week. I was VERY nervous as I've never had an issue with HP before, but the man at Amazon let me try again. Picked up and exchanged without any problems, although the box is huge with tons of packaging. The second block was great. I think the first one was unsuccessful. No hiccups. I use 3 months, I will buy more! This is my first Kyocera product but I am very satisfied. I never write reviews but I feel like this seller needs some help with this great product as no one has actually reviewed it. I switched after buying 10 HP over the years trying to get away from their HIGH rated toner. Kyocera has very cheap toner prices. You won't regret it once you make the switch.
