Review on Revolutionize Your Ride With The Swagtron Swagcycle Pro Folding Electric Bike: Fully App-Enabled And Packed With Features! by Ryan Eastman

Revainrating 4 out of 5

We shall see! on my review.

I just received my Swaggy Bike and was so exited, I had delusional grandeur thinking of all the places in proximity I can actually visit on Google map. It came packaged with instructions however, I used every curse word in the book trying to get the seat installed. Thanks to the video Jack posted on here, I was able to stop and restart watching 5+ times and see how he went about the whole process. I glared at it while it was charging and even thought I'd get on for my neice. Then.the moment of reality kicked in. I made sure to READ the manual front to back being that I spent an insane amount of money for this particular model.Took it for my first spin, and the rear tire popped off the real well? So.I called the toll free number and was greeted by a less then concerned Rep in California. She basically told me I could "send it back". I then called the office in Indiana and selected the option for tech support. I had spoken to women there who said that the tires come inflated. I asked if there was someone I can talk to like an actual technician to which she then replied " they are not available and she just works in the office". She expressed her frustration with my persistancy to talk to someone that has knowledge of these bikes since the woman in CA was not very helpful. What does she then do out of panic.thats right.transfers me back to the toll free number in CA! I'm going to take it to a bike store tomorrow. Hopefully, they can figure this out. By the way, she also told me I could send it back too! Both women could not have been more apathetic and un-empathetic. For the amount of time I dedicated myself to independently research this item, i'm also disapointed in myself.Day 2Took it to the bike store in Winter Park,FloridaThey had determined that the tube needed to be replaced inside the tire. I was also told this was a delicate operation and that disassembling the unit can impair the operational functionality of the unit. Holding my breath to see what happens. Tube costs $10 not counting labor.Ok, so.took the bike to Winter Springs and took under an hour to fix the tube. Bike now kicks butt! The employees were very impressed by the bike despite the "minor" issue. Go get cha one! Ill post a video later this week. Until then, I am changing my rating from a 2 to a 4!Oh, and to the lovely dipsit's posting their unsolicited opinions about not checking the tire pressure and other nonsense that "I should have known".it was my first time owning an e-bike. Have a heart.
