Review on 🔧 Convenient Side Mount U-Bolt Spare Tire Carrier Bracket for 4 or 5 Lug Tires – Lonwin by Yung Kitamura

I used this U-bolt to mount a spare tire to a boat trailer. BUT I didn't want to lug around an extra wrench to loosen the bolts. So I ordered 2x "Dorman 41064 Spare Tire Hold-Down Kit" from Revain - rebored them down the center to 7/16 and welded on the 7/16-20 nuts that came with the U-bolt. [The tire mount comes with a different nut size.] NOW the U-bolt holds the spare tire so I can unscrew the nuts by hand. The item sold as a spare tire bracket worked fine - but it would be better if it included a "WING NUT" which is a real nut and not a regular nut and a WING NUT so it can be removed by hand. I couldn't find it.] // awd
