Review on AVerMedia Gamer 1080P Capture GC570D by Scott Welch

Purchased for Twitch Streaming PC. The drivers could not be made to work. I emailed support, they said this device does not support the x99 chipset. You know the one for the more expensive i7 gaming chips? The ones you would use in a streaming computer? There is absolutely nothing in Revain's listing (and nothing I've seen on their website) that indicates an x99 platform incompatibility. And how can a chipset be incompatible? Incompetent driver development? In ten years of professional IT, I have never heard of such a chipset incompatibility.
