Organizer top shelf is damaged, probably at the factory as there is no damage to the box. The tip of the spot weld came loose in one place, making assembly difficult. A large chipping of paint indicates poor surface preparation; Consequently, the moisture causes the steel to rust under the paint, causing large patches of paint to fall off. The storage rack should be used in an air-conditioned area (to avoid rust) and only put light objects in the bins to avoid breakage.
