Review on 🚰 Kraus KPF-1690SFS Britt Pre-Rinse/Commercial Kitchen Faucet with Dual Function Sprayhead in all-Brite Spotless Stainless Steel Finish by Peter Tennant

I love the look of this faucet. Easy to install and was a definite visual upgrade over our last kitchen faucet. However, there are two insurmountable problems that I cannot ignore. First, the water pressure is very weak, and I know our house has strong water pressure. Second, there is not much difference between regular water flow and spray. If it is "Standard", some water will even come out of the spray holes. When it's on it's basically like a shower head, like I said, very low pressure. I'm wondering if others are having the same issue or if the one we received has some sort of manufacturing defect. UPDATE - I contacted Kraus and the customer service was excellent. Problems arose due to a flow restrictor located in the faucet handle. Water flow problems are completely eliminated. I now give this product 5 stars.
