*Update. I called the manufacturer and they sent me a new mixing head. They said it would arrive in 3 days and to my surprise it arrived within 24 hours! Replaced the head and now the faucet works great. That's excellent customer service. Went from 1 star to 4 stars in my book. abominable! I just installed this new faucet and it's broken. This is the second faucet I've bought in this style that sprays the button area and headpiece.

Never heard of Kraus. When I was looking for sinks, I came across this faucet in a review. I liked the industrial/commercial look. The price was the same as any other reputable kitchen faucet. This thing is both solidly built and a joy to behold. Even comes with plumbing lines where many don't. I like everything about it. It turns effortlessly. I love the look of this faucet. Easy to install and was a definite visual upgrade over our last kitchen faucet. However, there are two insurmountable problems that I cannot ignore. First, the water pressure is very weak, and I know our house has strong water pressure. Second, there is not much difference between regular water flow and spray.
