Exactly as described. There is no disappointment. I have found that pressotherapy is very beneficial for my Restless Legs Syndrome. I have a leg injury that causes infrequent cramps. Hopefully continued use of this pressotherapy will alleviate some of these issues. The two modes, massage and relaxation, do not differ significantly from each other in the processes. The best I can say is that the recovery offers longer periods of pressurization with more active zones. The massage inflates one zone and then begins to inflate another zone while simultaneously deflating the previous zone. Essentially, the massage program cycles through one zone at a time with little or no "hold" period for the inflation zone. Pressure levels are quite sensitive to decreasing or increasing pressure. The leg cuffs are comfortable and have two zippered sections that allow for different leg sizes. All in all I'm very happy with how well it works and how quiet it is. The timer has (3) 10 minute intervals. Thirty minutes is the maximum before shutting down, and that was enough. In my opinion, this is a useful therapeutic tool for anyone looking for alternatives to alleviate foot ailments.
