I bought this camera to add to my existing security system and it would not work. I switched out cables from my system and the camera worked on my cables. Then switched cables and found a defective power line. This product does not have a warranty, so I am out a camera until I can purchase a new cable. I have been happy with the cameras and rate them a 5. However, I would give the cable a 0 if I could. Averaged to a 3 rating.Edit on 7/20/21 Email back and forth with tonton customer service for five days now. They say there is a warranty, then they say to buy another cable, but they keep asking me for more information. No resolution. My review on customer service is that this is one of the worst I've ever experienced. Don't believe them when they say one year warranty. All you get is a runaround. I will update if there is any change.
