EDIT: They sent me a new one and it was amazing! With no leaks, the shower experience is phenomenal. We have had many people use our shower and they love it and many people ask for it. You get a warm hug as soon as you walk in, maybe you need a little more pressure but this is like my dream shower and I plan to have it no matter where I live. I've wanted one like this for a long time. Installation was a bit confusing because I was tricked into buying another part which turns out you don't need it at all. But what about the shower and the extension cord? That's great. I love taking a shower, but the big problem is that where the head and arm are spinning, the water flows like crazy. It's certainly not a problem with tightening because those are the places you can't tighten. If fixed it would be a basic 5 star hotel but it oozes too much water to ignore.
