I've read some reviews on these flip flops and I have a question for most of the people who buy this stuff and then give a bad review. You read what you buy. before you buy? The ad definitely states that the package contains 10 40 grit grinding wheels, 5 60 grit grinding wheels, 3 80 grit grinding wheels and 2 120 grit grinding wheels. just that. confuses me. Okay now my other question based on what I read in the reviews on this product. But first I want to say this. With this bundle you get here, you pay less than a dollar each for these discs. OK. let's move on now They do a poor job of removing large amounts of material from hardwood. I work a lot with wood. I make clocks out of solid wood. They don't cut into wood like more expensive blades. They cost less than a dollar each. Oh yeah, I think I mentioned that before. Case closed for this part. Now I have to say for this price. They're not bad at all because they do what I want. If you press hard. on solid wood. they burn. Yes. If you don't push hard. You won't move much wood away from the piece. Don't take her when you need it. Buy something better if that's what you need. But I love her for what I do. I use them to fine tune the front and back of my pieces when making carved wood clocks. Nicknamed cookie for those of you who have never heard the term for this style of wood that comes from a tree trunk. A piece of wood about 2 cm thick. These discs remove chainsaw saw marks damn fast. I'm not going to say you can take more than a quarter inch off a ten inch round piece or something in a few minutes. it is not called hardwood for nothing. and say it will cut like a hot knife through butter. it's not going to happen. However, it will make the product nice and smooth when trying to achieve this look. and do so within a reasonable time frame. say 15 minutes or so. I don't do it with every part. From time to time I make watches with a so-called distressed look. I just remove a little bit here and there to get rid of any sharp edges or anything that sticks out too much. With one of these, it only takes a minute or two. Looks cool if you ask me. But you didn't. but i told you anyway But to say that they are not as good as the more expensive ones that you can buy and pay 4-6 times each is ridiculous in my opinion. Again, I didn't ask about it. But here. A damn good deal for an old nut like me. and i appreciate a lot if i can find one. That's it.
